Award-winning game developer, Catherine Frederico combined her photographic talents and her creative energy with her background as a Nutrition Scientist and Registered Dietitian to create the first in a series of applications for Food Focus Arcade. The Food Focus games aim to develop healthy food recognition and smart food choice skills.

Inspired by the recent "Let's Move" Healthy Apps for Kids Campaign, Catherine joined forces with programmer, Nicholas Doherty, to develop the first Food Focus game for smart phones.

Catherine is a consultant for max on snax®, a brand that teaches children about healthy lifestyles. Max’s multi-talented creator, Lori Osiecki, is credited with the colorful graphics for Food Focus games and Food Focus Arcade.
